Win Signs Inc. ("Win Signs", "we", "us") is a sign company in Gilbert, Arizona. This page explains what information we collect when you use winsignsco.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you choose to send, such as:

your name, business name, email address and phone number
the address where the sign will go
details about the sign you want (type, size, notes)
photos of your storefront, your logo and other files you upload

If you become a customer, we also keep your quotes, sign drawings, permit records, invoices and payment records.

How we use it

to prepare your quote, design your sign and contact you about your project
to request landlord or property approval and apply for city sign permits for your sign
to schedule installation, service and maintenance, and to send invoices
to answer your questions and keep records our business is required to keep

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only when it's needed for your sign:

Your landlord or property manager, and the city, when your sign needs their approval or a permit.
Service providers that help us run the business: our website and email host, our customer management system, and Stripe, which processes card and bank payments (we never see or store your full card number).
When the law requires it, for example in response to a court order.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar tools:

Google Analytics shows us how many people visit, which pages they view and how they found us.
Google Ads cookies show us which of our ads lead to a quote request or phone call, and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
Cloudflare protects the site from attacks and counts visits without tracking you across other sites.

You can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we don't need to keep, just ask.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses encryption (HTTPS), and access to customer records is limited to our staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] or call (480) 270-4987.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
